| HISTORY OF THE DINER |

After experiencing major, life-threatening illnesses, I knew that it was time to make major changes in my life.
I started to relearn old health habits and learn new ones. I became a Nutritional Consultant and am
currently enrolled in a Master Herbalist Course and plan to continue on to Naturopathy.
We, as Americans, spend more money per capita on health care than any other nation on the planet, yet
our health and longevity ranks #17. Why is the most powerful nation not so healthy? Could it be that our
concept of how to achieve health is flawed? We concentrate the majority of our efforts on curing disease
while the majority of time should be spent on prevention.
We believe education and prevention is the key to restoring our nation's health. We believe in CAM -
complementary and alternative medicine. Why not use the best that both worlds have to offer.
Nevertheless, we do not believe that a person can be medicated or vaccinated into health. Health is only
acquired by following the rules of nature. Follow these rules and you will be healthy, violate these rules and
you will pay the consequences.
So come on in, relax and visit for a spell. We hope to become good friends with you on your personal
journey in health.
